1. Project Cancellation

Project cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or official communication channels.

Cancellation requests will be considered only before the commencement of work or procurement of materials.
2. No Refund Policy

All payments made to 7 ELEVEN INTERIORS are strictly non-refundable.

This includes advance payments, booking amounts, design fees, material costs, and execution charges.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations initiated by the client at any stage of the project.
3. Cancellation After Work Commencement

If a project is canceled after design approval, material ordering, or execution has begun, the client remains liable to pay for all work completed and materials procured up to the date of cancellation.

Any unused materials, if applicable, will remain the property of 7 ELEVEN INTERIORS.
4. Replacement Policy (If Applicable)

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

Replacement may be offered only in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage, subject to inspection and approval.

Replacement does not apply to customized or made-to-order items unless a proven defect is identified.
5. Non-Cancellable Items

Customized designs, made-to-order furniture, signage, and specially sourced materials are non-cancellable once confirmed.
6. Delays or Client Hold

Delays caused due to client-side issues (such as site unavailability, delayed approvals, or payment delays) will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Additional costs arising from such delays may be charged separately.
7. Force Majeure
7 ELEVEN INTERIORS shall not be liable for cancellations or delays caused due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or supply chain disruptions.
8. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
