2. Design Approval
All designs, layouts, drawings, and material selections must be approved by the client before execution. Once approved, any changes requested may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.
3. Payments
- Advance payment is mandatory before the commencement of any project.
- Remaining payments must be made as per the agreed payment schedule.
- Delays in payment may lead to work stoppage or project delays.
4. No Refund Policy
All payments made to 7 ELEVEN INTERIORS are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded, including advance payments, design fees, or execution charges.
5. Replacement Policy
- Replacement may be provided only in case of manufacturing defects or damage identified during delivery or installation.
- Replacement requests must be reported within the specified time period shared at the time of project completion.
- Replacement is subject to inspection and approval by our team.
- No replacement will be provided for damages caused by misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
6. Material & Quality
We use premium-quality materials as per the approved design and budget. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to manufacturing or material availability and shall not be considered defects.
7. Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimated and may vary due to factors such as design changes, material availability, site conditions, or external circumstances beyond our control.
8. Warranty
Any product or material warranty provided will be strictly as per the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. 7 ELEVEN INTERIORS does not provide separate warranties unless explicitly mentioned in writing.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, concepts, and visuals created by 7 ELEVEN INTERIORS remain the intellectual property of the company and may not be reused or reproduced without written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
7 ELEVEN INTERIORS shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
