  • Delivery timelines are estimated and shared at the time of project confirmation.
  • Timelines may vary based on product availability, customization requirements, location, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Delays caused due to third-party logistics providers or external factors are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping and transportation charges, if applicable, will be clearly communicated and included in the project quotation.
  • Any additional charges due to site conditions, special handling, or urgent delivery requests shall be borne by the client.

4. Inspection Upon Delivery

  • Clients are advised to inspect all materials and products at the time of delivery.
  • Any visible damage, missing items, or discrepancies must be reported immediately or within the time frame specified by our team.
  • Failure to report issues within the stipulated time may result in rejection of replacement claims.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • In case of manufacturing defects or transit damage, replacement may be arranged subject to inspection and approval.
  • No refunds will be provided for shipped or delivered items.
  • Replacement timelines depend on product availability and manufacturer schedules.

6. Installation & Handling

  • Delivered items should not be moved, altered, or installed by unauthorized personnel.
  • Any damage caused due to improper handling, storage, or third-party installation will not be eligible for replacement.

  • Partial deliveries shall not be considered delays or incomplete service.

8. Ownership & Risk

  • Ownership and responsibility of goods transfer to the client once the materials are delivered to the project site.
  • 7 ELEVEN INTERIORS is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss after delivery.

9. Changes or Cancellations

  • Shipping schedules cannot be changed or canceled once dispatched.
  • Any rescheduling requested by the client may result in additional costs.
